In 2000 Chuck Herndon built a gallery on Kelleys Island, a two-story 48x35 foot building.  In 2002 he built another two-story building of the same size.  Over that time he has been developing a sculpture garden in a ten-acre area around the galleries.  The newer of the two galleries contains space dedicated to exhibiting the work of other artists.
